San Felipe Beach Rentals Property Profile
Not all San Felipe beach rentals are the same, Casa Helena is a beautiful beach villa in the gated community of El Dorado San Felipe. The Villa is located just steps to the beautiful white sandy San Felipe beach that leads to the Sea of Cortez. This property features a split level design that provides plenty of space to mingle, but also provides privacy when you need it.
 
San Felipe Beach Rentals - Bedrooms
There are three generous bedrooms in Casa Helena. The master bedroom is located on the first floor or upper floor, while the other two bedrooms are located on ground or lower level floor. This is the typical design of our plan 3 San Felipe beach rentals.
 
San Felipe beach rentals Master Bedroom
The master bedroom on the upper floor comes with a queen size bed and wooden bed side tables on both sides of the bed. On the bed side tables are lamps that exude taste and luxury. A private bathroom for the master bedroom has a shower hot tub and his and her sink. Of course, the walk-in closet provides lots of space to store your cloths. Having power ceilings fans gives you the option to sleep with fan, or air-condition.

San Felipe beach rentals - Guest Bedroom
The second bedroom and third bedrooms are both located on the ground floor or lower level. Each bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed with lively color finishing. From each bedroom, there is a separate door that leads to an outdoor patio. Step out to the covered patio and take-in the beautiful beach in-front of you.

The beds sleep 6 guests.  One more guest welcome for maximum occupancy of 7 guests, if guest brings an airbed.  Maximum occupancy includes adults and children. 
 
San Felipe Beach Rentals - Kitchen
The kitchen of plan 3 San Felipe Beach Rentals are located on the upper floor. What makes this great about this beach rental is that the kitchen connects directly to a open patio with lots of seating and unobstructed views of the Sea of Cortez. The kitchen itself is fully stocked with all the pots and pans you`ll need to prepare the meals of your choice. Or, order in and enjoy the plates, cutlery and glasses for all occasions. The kitchen island has an embedded sink for cleaning up after meals.
 
San Felipe Beach Rentals Living rooms
There are two living rooms available for your relaxation. One living room on each floor, though the downstairs living room is often referred to as the media room.

San Felipe Beach Rentals Downstairs Living Room
The downstairs living room can be accessed three ways, from the main door entrance, the attached garage or the outside patio. The couch and sofa are covered in suede material and have a cheerful green color. A center table, center carpet and flat screen TV complete the decor.
 
San Felipe Beach Rentals Upstairs Living Room
The color of the furniture on the upper floor living room is suede material too, but of a very light type. The couch is close to the fire place and great for warming up on those rear cooler nights.

This rental comes with 6 pool passes only!
If 8 adults rent, only 6 adults can access the pool.
Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

Monthly Rentals - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival. 

Note:  This resort does not permit off-road vehicles.  Exception is made for offroad vehicles of race teams DURING major races like the Baja 250.  Alternatively, you may rent a house on the mountain side of El Dorado Ranch, or rent in another community in which we have a homes.
