This 2 bedroom home offers 1000 square feet of living space, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a gorgeous kitchen inspired by authentic Mexican design,  and exclusive access to the community’s five star amenities. 

Casa SunnySide is located in the El Dorado Ranch community, just a few minutes from downtown San Felipe and minutes driving distance from the beach. Guests staying in this area can lounge by the refreshing community pool and dine at the onside beach restaurant and bar. This gated resort provides a safe and well-equipped space for guests to bring their families and explore San Felipe.

The kitchen extends into a cozy dining area, complete table and seating for four. This is a casual space to enjoy breakfast as a family or sit together and discuss the plans to explore San Felipe. 

This home has living area, a more quiet space with two comfortable couches.

The first of two bathrooms is located directly off of this kitchen area.

When it’s time for bed, there are two spacious bedrooms to pick from. The master suite is a sprawling bedroom with high-end King size bed, small sitting area, and a corner chair perfect for chatting with friends back home.  and there is plenty of floor space to set up an air mattress! This bedroom has a private bathroom, walk-in shower and elegant vanity area with its sink. 

The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, classic wood accents and decor, and is just steps from the family bathroom. 

Not only does this home offer the comforts of a home away from home, but it also puts you minutes from all of the fun things to do in San Felipe. Play a round of golf at the El Dorado Ranch las caras de Mexico, explore the town on an ATV, experience the famous San Felipe sunsets, or spend the day shopping and stuffing yourself with the best Mexican food you’ve ever had! This fishing community is perfect for staying busy and active all day, but also provides quiet places  to rest, relax and bury your toes in the sand.

RESORT PASS AND SWIMMING POOL PASS
This resort requires guests to pick up resort passes in person.  After you meet us at the office for the keys, you will need to make one more stop at the resort office to pick up your passes.  For this reason, we encourage guests to arrive from 2PM, instead of the standard check-in time of 3PM.

The passes are only issued directly to guests - This requires guest to visit one more office after check-in
Regular hours for issuing passes to guest is between 8AM - 4:30PM
If you arrive after 4:30PM, we check-you in as usual, but you will need to go to resort office the next day to pick up your passes.
If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will not be able to use the swimming pool on arrival day because you won't have the required passes. You can use the pool once you pick up your passes the following day.
Pool hours are 9AM - 10PM

Check-in after 8PM is $25 extra

This home comes with 4 pool passes only.

Monthly Rentals: Utilities are extra (Internet, Electricity, Propane and Water)
