El Dorado Ranch San Felipe Rental Condo - Steps to the beach!!

Take a break for your average day-to-day living! Settle into a little slice of Heaven that's just steps to the beach. This condo is ready for you to unwind from the busy work week, just bring your bathing suit and flip-flops.. and your ready!! Many near-by restaurants to choose from and groceries are just right down the road. With this 3 bedroom condo, theres room for a much needed family get-a-way!!

This home has on-demand Internet - this costs $80 to activate.  Internet is optional and does not need to be included with your rental. 

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card.

This condo does not have garage access!!
Maximum occupancy 8 guests.
This rental comes with 6 pool passes only! (La Ventana and Condo Pools only!)
If 8 adults rent, only 6 adults can access the pool.
Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  

BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos.
It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 
Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant

MONTHLY RENTAL - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival. 

NOTE:  Off road vehicles are not  permitted in La Ventana del Mar. Exception made for race teams.  Alternatively, you may rent a house on the mountain side of El Dorado Ranch, or rent in another community in which we have a homes.
