This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom features a Queen size bed for 2 and and 2 single beds. A full size bathroom and 2 other bathrooms just pool side for rinsing off from the beach or pool are availalbe to you., You will enjoy the luxury of peacefulness on a whole other level with a private beach just a small walk form the studio, and onsite restaurant with cooks and handymen always around.

The Property is located on a small Beach front ranch inside the Percebu community, with about 7 buildings, which of 5 are rental homes 1 is an restaurant and the other is the owners house. The Pool facilities and Giant Palapa use is for all 5 rental homes. There are onsite cooking and maintenance teams, If case you are to have any type of inconvenience or simply want a delicious authentic Mexican Meal!! 

Please bring towels for Pool and Beach use.
No Kitchen In this Unit Please Feel free to bring anything you might need to have a more comfortable stay.

Within the Grocery stores in San Felipe, Calimax and Bodega Aurrera are probably the most reliable along with La Vaquita Market. Be sure to stock some snacks if you're heading south!

If you want to explore and have fun off-road but didn't bring your own, you can rent with us ATVs, the rate is $160 dollars per day. Price is subject to change, please speak to one of our agents.
