La Hacienda Condo 10

La Hacienda Condo 10 is a budget-friendly San Felipe Vacation Rental located 6 miles south of downtown San Felipe in the peaceful La Hacienda community — just a 12-minute drive into town.

This two-floor rental features a ground floor queen bedroom with private bathroom and a second floor bedroom with two single beds and an independent bathroom.

One set of clean linens and one set of bathroom towels are provided (guests bring pool/beach towels). The living room has an open ambiance with Dish satellite TV. Enjoy Sea of Cortez views from the living room or patio — sunset views from the front patio, sunrise views from the rear balcony.

The beach is a four-minute walk. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. A large charcoal BBQ grill is available (guests provide charcoal). On-site pool access is available (closed October 15-March 31). Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Two community access cards are provided with a $50 refundable deposit per card.

For larger groups up to 28 guests, additional adjacent Hacienda units can be rented together. Monthly rentals available November-March (30-night increments, utilities extra with deposit).

Towels not included. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
