âHotel looked great upon arrival. After check in we noticed the phone inside the room was not working. Next no Internet wifi was available. Contacted front desk which brought a portable wifi unit which also did not work. Front desk tried to double charge us at check in. Next we went to the hotel cafa, only to learn more then half the items listed on menu were not available. The roof side pool was closed due to green water because they did not have chemicals onsite to treat it. Finally, the staff...

âThe complimentary breakfast was nice. You have several options. The staff is friendly and everyone says good morning. I love that there is a gate with a security guard. The property is nice and green. Pools are cleaned daily. It has a real resort feel with "white glove" treatment. I will return again!!!â

âThis place is awesome!
Our hotel room was on the 16th floor and the view was overlooking at the pool and the golf course. Excellent staff from check-in to the end of our stay. We were treated as VIPs!
I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. â
