”The room was very clean and new! Sunny, the daytime contact was super! The neighbors hood was sketchy but the property was very protected. The shower doors wouldn’t stay shut, there was no tv in the room, no trash can except for bathroom. Parking was something to be desired. We had to buy a fan because the room was hot and you can’t control the air. If you wanted clean towels, you had to wash your own ( very strange).”

”We stayed in a triple family room with three queen beds, so it was super spacious and comfortable for all of us. Overall, everything looked clean at first, but once we started noticing the little details, it didn’t feel like a deep clean had been done. For example, there was hair on the shower walls before any of us even used it, and the tub needed a quick rinse before showering. That being said, the staff was amazing!! ”I enjoyed my stay. Staff was nice and it's a nice hotel. It would had been nice if there were more options to eat near by the hotel or if the hotel had a restaurant. The only thing I can say that was negative was the was a fairly big stain on my sheets by the head of the bed. We got in after midnight on the first night so I did not inspect the sheets until the next morning and there was also a stain on a pillow. The stains on the sheets and pillow are the only reason for 4 stars and not 5”

”Entire property and room was very clean, staff extremely friendly and professional, every member was pleasant to interact with. Kitchen staff and cleaning crew also nice and friendly. Water pressure at the faucet and shower was great! Room had all the necessary amenities including fridge and microwave. Air conditioning and complimentary breakfast were also good, with the added bonus of proximity to Universal Studios. My family enjoyed the stay and we have no complaints. Would definitely comeback...
