”Great customer service, as always! Sam at the front desk is so nice and helpful. After a long, hot drive, we really appreciate his kindness.
The hot breakfast buffet is really good. We love the options!
So happy we always stay here when we're in town!”
”We loved that this place, had everything we needed. The pillows and comforter so soft. Wasn't expecting an extra bathroom in the living room, which was great! Beautiful place. So cozy. Owner answered right away for any question or help we needed. Neighbors were so friendly. For sure we will come back when we return to Van Nuys.”
”A perfect gem close to the Universal studios. Retro vibe but in a classy way and the hotel is completely remodelled. A great pool area with a bar, a very nice gym and guest laundry. Breakfast at the restaurant was great, and dinner was also good. A lot of traffic on the nearby streets and there might be a fire station close by judging by the frequency of fire trucks speeding by with sirens on, so maybe not the best place for those wanting perfect silence. A complimentary trolley to Universal...

We enjoyed the confort of the bed, the breakfast, the support of the staff, the amenities. This hotel has its own parking place which made it feel safe and the price was reasonable (15 usd all day rate).”
