A lot of traffic on the nearby streets and there might be a fire station close by judging by the frequency of fire trucks speeding by with sirens on, so maybe not the best place for those wanting perfect silence. The property is newly renovated , the beds are so comfy and bathroom is nice , the only bad thing I could say it’s the light in the bathroom is a sensory light and it turned off constantly while you were taking a shower and was so annoying , also we had a lot of crickets in our room , my brother killed at least 10 while our stay , front desk is really nice they were always open to give us towels and come to check the light but unfortunately they didn’t fix it, there is conditioner body lotion...

”We really enjoy staying at the Hotel. Hotel is very nice, clean and smells really good. Front Desk people are very nice, accommodating and very friendly. Area is walking distance to Universal Studio and City Walk. Free juice and coffee. Bed is comfortable and room is clean. My only complaint is that the room is too dark. ”
”It was an exceptional experience! Kiki & the entire staff were super friendly & helpful.
We arrived at 10AM & they stored our luggage (no charge) while we went out for the day. Upon returning at 3pm, Kiki walked us to our room where they'd already put our bags. She explained our room key would also unlock the hotel's front door. We appreciated they kept it locked at all times; you could either ring the bell to be let in or use your key.

”The Charlie ranks at the top of the list of places in which we have stayed. I would describe our Dylan suite as cozy luxury. As soon as entered we immediately felt welcomed and at home! All rooms (bath, bedroom, living room and small kitchen) were immaculate. One of my criteria for a top-notch stay is the quality of the bed and bed linens and it passed with flying colors! Although the kitchen is tiny, it contained a stove, dishwasher and full-size fridge in case you wanted to cook.

Gave us great advice on what get at Porto's for breakfast the next morning and made sure we knew where to be when he picked us up that night!! Will definitely stay there again!!! Thanx guys!!
