”Staff were friendly and attentive and the check in/out was really easy. Parking was safe/gated. Breakfast was either a muffin or packaged oatmeal, but the hotel was walking distance to really good food of all kinds. We walked to and from Universal studios and Xavier even gave us a printed map to walk there from the hotel. There IS a free shuttle for part of the way (the steep part). We would stay here again.”

”Front desk was really helpful and had great customer service. I liked that parking was right in front of the room. I liked how everything felt new. There was some graffiti on the outside of the building that was taken care of that weekend and looked brand new again. Really my only issue was that most of the linen including sheets and towels were stained; but it was noticeably washed and clean.”

”Hotel was nice. Very easy to walk to the Metro and go to Universal Studios via shuttle after just one Metro stop. Great place to park car underground. It was an overall pleasant experience.”

”This property is very close to great cafes and unique shops. The price was reasonable. Our room was a bit small but clean and the beds comfortable. Parking was free which is a big bonus in LA. We had everything we needed and were helped by the manager to rent a downstairs room as we are Golden Oldies and have a bit of trouble on stairs.
