”Good spot for a visit to Universal Studios. We saw reviews complaining about construction noise. It was quite while we were there but we saw the site across the street. Staff was very nice and helpful. ”
”Hotel is in a convenient area of Burbank near Warner Bros. studio. Excellent for families or couples. If you are going to downtown LA, it could be a 20 minute drive or forever due to LA traffic. Your decision to stay here depends on where you decide to spend most of your time in LA. ”

”Hotel cercando a universal estudios, por lo que tienes opciones de ir caminado o esperar el shuttle que cerca de la estación del metro Universal, en general buena ubicación, restaurantes cercanos para cenar, habitaciones un poco viejas pero cumplen para el propósito si solo es ir a uno verlas, limpieza de habitaciones diario, en general todo bien. ”
”Not great not, not terrible. Well, the breakfast burrito I bought was terrible, and they charged me somwhow more than it cost. Overall, I did not leave the Palace with good feeling.”
”--There should be a person at the front desk more often, at more times of the day and night.
--The sink water is sometimes hard to control. I had trouble getting back to cold from hot.
--There are sometimes bugs in our room (some ants, and I had to kill a cockroach).
--Re-open Frank's Restaurant. We loved eating breakfast there. If it had been open, it would have been so convenient for us since we were staying right there at the hotel.

"A perfect gem close to the Universal studios. Retro vibe but in a classy way and the hotel is completely remodelled. A great pool area with a bar, a very nice gym and guest laundry. Breakfast at the restaurant was great, and dinner was also good. A lot of traffic on the nearby streets and there might be a fire station close by judging by the frequency of fire trucks speeding by with sirens on, so maybe not the best place for those wanting perfect silence. A complimentary trolley to Universal Studios and back. All in all a super nice place and I would definitely stay here again!"
