Everything was wonderful! The room was amazing & having thermal pools right out the door was very convenient. All of the staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was also great, with enough vegan options to satisfy. Highly recommended!

The staff was excellent; the food spectacular (the chef used to work at the Hilton), they upgraded our room with no additional cost. The receptionist/waitress was very informative.
