Had a very pleasant staycation with my girlfriend who was visiting from Pasadena. The staff was very friendly and helpful, from the beginning of our stay at check-in to extending our Check out time when we left. The hotel was clean, all the staff friendly and the pool area was very relaxing, even if the weather is inclemental. I would definitely recommend staying at the Nikko when you visit San Francisco. Thank you Nikko for a great stay, we will be back!

Everything around the hotel is nice and clean but if you walk two block one way you will find alot of homesless people who are obviously on drugs and acting wierd. You have to know where to go and what times.

What a fabulous hotel from the moment we checked in Ricky was Lovely and gave me 2 free Birthday drinks, Danny the Food and Beverage Manager in the Anzu restaurant was so lovely it was really lovely talking to him such a nice guy ,He wanted to give me a free dessert for my Birthday but we were so full after eating dinner ,The room was amazing and totally spotless and the View was Amazing,When we were checking out Michael assisted us ,What an amazing Person he was so lovely to talk to and went totally over and above for us he was just an amazing guy ❤️, Everyone was fantastic really and made our trip so much more enjoyable and memorable.We would totally recommend this hotel without a doubt and we will definitely be coming back Thanks Hotel Nikko you definitely are a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hotel

The only place I will stay when I go to SF. Beautiful hotel right on the edge of Union Square. Walkable to all the core sights and plenty of restaurants and shops around. Japanese-inspired decor (so many cherry blossoms!) lends a calming vibe. The entire hotel is pet-friendly and there are cute doggie touches all over the place. A perfect balance of fun, calming and luxurious! I traveled with a partner on this trip but have stayed here before as a solo female traveler and the hotel's keycard elevator and single watched entrance made me feel quite safe.
