The Space:

Owner lives upstairs with a separate private entrance. The neighborhood is safe and quiet—we’ve proudly called it home for over 10 years.



Guest Access:

The unit has a private ground-floor entrance, while we live upstairs with our own separate entry. We're available if you have any questions, but rest assured—your privacy is fully respected.

We’re happy to welcome your furry friends at no extra charge (1 pet free)! To ensure a great stay for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines:



No pets on furniture or beds – Bring your pet’s own bedding to help keep our space clean and comfy for all.
