The charming holiday apartment "Latemar" on the fruit farm "Wernerhof" is located at an altitude of 750 m in Glaning (Cologna), just outside Bolzano (250 m altitude) in South Tyrol. The 45 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and can accommodate 3 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. A baby cot and a high chair are available on request.



The apartment features a furnished balcony with a wonderful view of Bolzano and the surrounding mountains. There is also a shared garden with barbecue facilities and a playground for children. The nearest supermarket can be reached in 11 minutes by car (7 km) in Bolzano, and the picturesque city centre is 12 minutes away. There, you can stroll through narrow alleys and enjoy the many cafés, restaurants, and beautiful architecture. Runkelstein Castle is 7.5 km away, and there are numerous hiking and cycling trails in the area. The nearest ski lifts are 25 to 40 minutes away by car. The famous spa town of Merano is 40 minutes or 36 km away by car.



Parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. A washing machine is available for a fee. The accommodation is powered by solar energy. Homemade jams, herbs, and products are available.
