”We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)”

”The view is the best. Snorkeling is perfect right at hotel. The rooms and balconies are amazing. Staff is good. Would be great if they would put a list for phone, wifi and tv guide in the rooms. ”

”The hotel is next to busiest road in San Miguel and next to bars/restaurants that play loud music until late at night. It is incredibly noisy and our room was located at the back of the hotel furthest from the road and restaurants. The noise made our stay so stressful and I would never stay here again. It is a pity because the staff is absolutely wonderful and the courtyard is very green and nice. The room is also for this price.”

”My second time choosing to stay here. It’s now my “go-to” when I come to Cozumel! The front desk reception guy is so friendly and helpful the place has a nice “I’m at home” vibe! The rooms are comfortable— the beds are especially cozy and nice. The cleaning lady asked if the room needed refresh and was pleasant to organize a good time with us. Our terrace had an ocean view to the side, as does the roof deck with a palapa and some chairs and a pool—It was all ours when there with a panoramic...
