The villa was in a nice, quiet country setting. The staff was excellent and attentive. Easy drive to the center of San Ginesio.

LA struttura è meravigliosa, immersa nella natura e a pochi passi da tutti i servizi. Viaggiando in moto ci è stato molto utile il servizio lavanderia a disposizione dei clienti. Personale disponibile per qualsiasi informazione.

Bed & Breakfast mitten in der Natur, mit einem kleinen Pool und viel Platz für alle zum Entspannen. Das Frühstück ist reichlich mit süßen und deftigen Sachen. Die Gegend ist nicht so bekannt, aber ich bin froh da gewesen zu sein. Viele kleine Mittelalterlichen Städte wie San Ginesio und Sarnano, in der Nähe von Monti Sibillini und in 1 Stunde ist man am Strand. Danke und wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

The place is made for a pleasant stay. Relaxing, with many places to visit (sarnano, san ginesio, urbisaglia). Very good breakfast, good services and cheap price! Rooms are well organized and clean

Outstanding hospitality
We stayed 3 nights and had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The little villas have no cooking facilities but a kettle for making tea, beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is good. The hospitality of Roberta was outstanding and the breakfast provided the best we had encountered so far on our trip. Roberta went out of her way to make us scrambled eggs even. There is a washing machine with liquid free of charge and plenty of room to dry clothes. The space and position is relaxing, it was still too cold to use the pool. A perfect place for families, but also if you want to explore Sarnano, the close by areas of the Sibillini National Park and the walks of the nearby nature reserve for some easy walks. Restaurant Isolina close by was amazing food and the pizzeria opposite had one of the best pizzas we have had in Italy. Both very reasonably priced and child friendly.
