Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a bath. Exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors enhance the rustic elegance.

Guests can enjoy a shared park with a pool, barbecue, and a communal lounge with books, games, and tourist info. From mid-June to September, a small gym is also available. The surrounding area is perfect for hiking, biking, and exploring waterfalls. Local shops and restaurants are 1.5 km away, while major attractions like Lake Bilancino, Mugello Circuit, and golf courses are within 30 km. Heating costs are payable on site.
