”The landscaping has never been more beautiful! I have been enjoying getaways to Wine and Roses for years now. I love this little enclave and especially evenings in the bar listening to Kim on the piano. It’s been a few years and we were so flattered that she remembered us. I will say for the first time ever we were disappointed with the dining experience. We did choose to dine in the bar, and I think the Bartender has something to do with the experience. Our appetizer was completely overcooked....

”Staff member at front desk said she couldn’t locate the reservation. Ended up leaving the property. The stay was supposed to be a small gift I gave my daughter and her new husband. They were not able to get checked in. I called the property and I told the young man, I PAID for the stay how could they NOT find the reservation?? He WAS able locate the reservation. Too late at that point, they had left. I’m expecting a full refund”

”Great location and amenities. Free cookies at check-in was a bonus. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast service was a little slow, but the hotel had just hosted the miss-teen California pageant, so it was expected. The hotel sits right next door to the convention center so it's a quick and easy walk. One downside is parking can be a little tough when something is going on at the convention center. Once the events are over, there's no issues. There is also no valet. The interior is...
