”Upon checkin i recevief a room with the refrigerator not working.There are no ice buckets ice to get ice.The beds are uncomfortable. The bed only comes with 2 flat pillows.Howevet the staff was pleasent and the facility is very clean.”

”The only complaint that my husband and I have is that they do not service your room. The gentleman at the counter told us that they don’t clean the rooms for two weeks (we were there for a work trip and was there Thursday- Monday). If we wanted clean bedding or clean towels, we would have to bring the dirty items down and they would swap them out for clean ones. The chair in our room was also dirty and the leather on the chair was coming off. There was something sticky on the head board and it...
