Absolutely beautiful property. The views are spectacular, the grounds are so pretty and well kept. The condo is well stocked with everything you would need, comfy beds, cute decor, very clean. The owner is very attentive and quick to respond. Location is halfway between San Jose and Los Cabos (marina area). Shopping close by. We did rent a car and also used uber. Great spot.

The condo was clean and had a great view. The beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning was easy to control as well as the fans. The pool was very well maintained and we were steps to the beach. Security made us feel very safe at all times. I would highly recommend this property. 15 min Uber ride to restaurants and shops. Great location.

We loved our stay in Cabo and at Casa Del Mar. the location was excellent!! The view from the balcony was perfection. The owners were so great! They responded immediately to all my questions. I would absolutely stay there again!

This was my family’s 5th time to stay at the condo complex of Casa Del Mar. It’s the perfect location between the main area of San Jose Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. This condo, Ballena 204, was perfect for my husband and I. The kitchenette/ living room was perfect for the two of us. The beds were comfortable and the air condition blew directly towards each bed which made us sleep like a babies after fishing all day. You can hear the waves breaking over the rocks at night which was so relaxing. The grounds of Casa Del Mar are always beautiful, the colorful Bougainvilleas are stunning along with all of the cacti and succulents. The owner checked in with us to make sure we needed anything and was available by text if we did. The locals and workers of Casa Del Mar are super friendly and welcoming, we absolutely love this town!

We were here for ten days and will definitely rebook this property. Great location and beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez. Great communication with property owners who was spot on answering all our questions in a timely manner. The condo was also very well stocked upon our arrival which was super convenient.

Humble 1 bedroom unit faces the pool and ocean. You can fall asleep to waves crashing onto the beach every night. Clean and comfortable in a quite location. If your looking for a get away from the hustle and bustle of San Lucas, this is a great option. It's not a luxury accommodation but it's clean and comfy. The only con would be the noisy AC system, it is very loud and near the bedroom. Hopefully they will get this corrected. To sum it up, I would stay here again.

We loved the property, view, and host! Danielle went above and beyond in answering our pre-travel questions and put us in contact with the concierge to overcome trouble we encountered getting tickets to the Los Cabos Tennis Open before we arrived. We got groceries delivered from Fresko La Comer and grilled on the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The washer/dryer came in handy and we could have packed way less! Grass tennis courts were a bonus! Definitely recommended the property and host to our friends and hopefully our travels bring us back!

Nos sentimos muy felices de haber estado en esta propiedad disfrutando de nuestras vacaciones de verano. El lugar es muy agradable, excelente vista , la alberca muy bonita y el jacuzzi, el lugar es muy exclusivo y con seguridad. La ubicación excelente para poder conocer el todo el corredor. Cuenta el departamento con todas la amenidades necesarias. Sin duda regresaremos en otra oportunidad. Excelente comunicación con la dueña. Gracias por la estancia.

It was a beautiful property with amazing views for a very affordable price! All amenities were included. The only advice I would have is to get a regular toaster and a broom for the condo (so we could sweep up sand😊).

Communication was terrific—manager provided tons of useful information to make our stay successful. The condo itself was clean and functional with amazing views of the pool and beach. Convenient facilities and amenities on property and overall everything was everything we were hoping.

The location overlooking the pool and the Sea of Cortez is fantastic. Great beach for walking. The owner was very responsive and great to deal with. While good value for the cost, the furniture and linens could use a refresh.

The property was clean, great pool and beach access, reliable WiFi, outdoor fire area right by the beach and very helpful communication about check-in, etc. The pools and grounds are immaculately maintained. Grocery store is a short drive away. The resort for casual poolside meals or dinner in the indoor/outdoor restaurant is a very short walk. Located right between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, either can be reached with a 15 minute taxi drive. Perfect location for a quiet stay. Nearby resorts can be noisy on the weekend but we weren't bothered and others staying in the condo complex were very respectful of quiet hours. Covid protocols (masks, etc.) were unfailingly followed by all staff, indoors and outdoors. Can't wait to return!

Thanks Judy for your help and support! Our condo was perfect for our needs. Fully furnished kitchen, very comfortable beds, nicely furnished unit with great pool- and ocean views! The location of Casa Del Mar is perfect for us, because it is right in between Cabo and San Jose del Cabo! Will be back!
