Hotel is dated. It’s very well maintained but still shows its age.
Service is excellent around the pool. We were a big group and had late reservations to restaurants. We felt rushed and they kept pushing to serve us family style. When we gave in to family style, it seemed liked they were serving us leftovers. Nothing came hot. One of the restaurants has a fish of the day and sea bass on the menu. We asked for one of each and they said ok. They only brought out the sea bass and said the fish of the day is also sea bass. Since we were the last table, I think they just didn’t want to cook the fish of the day. That particular restaurant, all of our food was cold.
Besides the late night restaurant waiters, the rest of the staff was amazing.
I liked the fact that nobody was trying to sell timeshare and we didn’t have to wear silly wristbands.
Spa is very expensive. We’ve been to higher end resorts that had way better spas. Marquis massages were the most expensive I’ve seen at a resort.
