Asunnot – San Juan

”A piece of Old San Juan character. Location was centric, close to entertainment and restaurants. Walking distance to everything in Old San Juan. Even with the limitations that the Island might suffer from electricity and water, our host ensured we were cared for by providing water jugs. Very pleased with our stay.”

”We enjoyed our stay overall. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed seeing sea turtles and manatees from the balcony. This was the perfect space for a group of 5. My only complaints are that in my room (821) the shower door didn’t close which made it very messy every time we used the shower. Water every where. Also would have been nice to have trash bags and shampoo/body wash containers fully refilled prior to our arrival. All I wanted to do after a long travel day was shower and to not...

”Perfect location, close to a lot nice places and beaches and most important airport. You get to hear the beautiful sound of the coqui, even tho we had our towels, the one they provide for the beach came handy as it rain and ours got wet so we have a back up. If you need anything the property manager will reply right away. Def will come back ”

”The studio was great, very cozy, clean, and well-equipped, which made us feel right at home. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Great view to the beach which is also walking distance. The parking lot is easy to get into, you need a key fob to exit and enter the property which made us feel safe. The communication with Yari was excellent, she is a great host. We had a wonderful stay, highly recommend. ”

”Had such a wonderful time!!! So much just with in walking distance. We always get a rental car so parking was imported for us. There was a parking garage with a reserved space which was nice and convenient. Old San Juan was less then a 15 minute drive and the Airport is within a 10 minute drive. Beaches were clean, room was clean, bathroom was clean. There were bath and beach towels provided and well as extra blankets. This is a great place for a relaxing and romantic getaway!”
