”The owner/contact person was responsive, accommodating, and courteous. This was the case for check and when a couple of random questions came up during the stay. The apartment (unit A) was secure, clean, and all basic necessities (towels, etc.) were made available as well as extras (dish soap/sponge, a few basic cooking seasonings, cups/plates/utensils). The apartment also has some basic decorations that make it a bit more homelike. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend...

”The apartment we got was so cozy and cute it had two balconies everything was clean , the water did go out ( which comes with the PR Life) but they were so helpful and replied quickly and got us a new apartment with an extra bedroom and close to downtown area and still close to where we were staying. I’ll be using Otium rentals next time I come back to PR specifically. ”

”I wish I could say I loved my stay, but it was more aggravating, especially during my birthday and not only did I not get my check in information but at 1 AM I was unable to get into the room after traveling all day and they made me problem solved when I had tried to get into the gate And I was on hold for an hour you the videos and photos they sent. You are not actual way to get into the property there’s cats and trash everywhere. I had to use a set of keys, which I almost lost multiple times...

”The room was awesome, looked better in-person than the pictures. The beach is literally across the street and there are plenty of places to eat just a short drive. The drinks are way watered down at the tourist restaurants. There are several grocery stores just minutes away. We saved money buying breakfast and lunch stuff to make in the room and eating out for dinners. I highly recommend this room, perfect spot and the price for Puerto Rico was great. You will need a rental car tho. The shower...

”Very neat and clean nicely decore cozy and confortable just right for two people love i can cook my breakfast coffe and eat in the balcony looking at ocean ,safe building a plus friendly staff love the amenities access to beach missing my morning walk in the beach i will come back in a heart beat last but not least the host was on point in instructions very prompt answers making sure we were ok .Thank you Elizabeth for trusting me with yiur place.”

”Location was awesome with direct access to the beach. Security in the lobby were friendly and helpful. Building and residence was well maintained for this being located right on the coast and beach. Only negative was a bit difficult check in procedures for initially entering the property. Also, although posting describes this as about an 18 minute walk from the airport, do not attempt this as you will run out of sidewalk about a mile into your stroll. Get a taxi which were plentiful and...

”The property it’s very nice, it has one bedroom and a living room but they are not separated by a door, therefore even if there is a sleeper sofa in the living room, this apartment is more comfortable for 2 people then for 3 adults. The ocean view is beautiful and the apartment is comfortable. One thing to notice: the location form Expedia app it is not accurate and was not easy to find the apartment, I suggest to search “Miranda beauty” that is a shop exactly under the building to easily find...

”Ihan ok hotelli lähellä lentokenttää. Lentometeli kuului melko voimakkaasti huoneeseen. Huoneen näköalat kuitenkin hienot, plussaa parvekkeesta ja jääkaapista. Aamiainen melko vaatimaton. Palvelu pääasiassa ystävällistä ja auttavaista, aamiaisella hieman turhankin hyökkäävää. Kokonaisuudessaan ihan ok käynti, ensi kerralla menisin viereiseen casino-hotelliin ja maksaisin hieman enemmän sen upeista palveluista ja olosuhteista.”
