Muutama paikka maailmassa vertaa. Ainutlaatuinen ja maaginen. Kun olet kävellyt huoneistoon, meren ja taivaan lämpö on heti otettu huomioon. 20. kerros. Lähes kaikki näkymät ovat sininen taivas ja sininen valtameri. Rakennuksemme estää kaupungin melun. Kaikki, mitä kuulet ikkunoiden ollessa auki, on aaltojen makea ääni, joka kaatuu rannalla. Kävele ulos ja olet kaupungin sydämessä: nopea kävelymatka ravintoloihin, baareihin, klubeihin. Sekä luonnon ympäröimänä että kaupungin sydämessä.

20-kerroksinen Studio suoraan merelle päin tarjoaa upeat näkymät ja täydellisen yksityisyyden: kukaan ei näe huoneistossa, sillä kaihtimet ovat täysin auki. Aivan meren rannikolla kahden suuren rannan San Juan - Ocean Park Beach ja Condado Beach. Voit kävellä Ocean Parkin rannalle rakennuksen yksityisen sisäänkäynnin kautta. Rakennuksessa on suuri aikuisten allas, lastenallas, tenniskenttä ja pieni kuntosali. Rannalla on rantalentopallokentät. Yksikössä on yksi katettu yksityinen pysäköintitila.
Erinomainen sijainti: Condado del Mar Ashford Ave. Kävelymatkan päässä ravintoloista, supermarketista, kasinoista, baareista, sairaaloista, kaupoista, puistoista, hotelleista.
Näkymä ja sijainti ovat ehdottomasti parhaita San Juanissa ja kilpailevat muita Karibian alueella. Tämä on studiohuoneisto, jossa on kaikki uudet huonekalut vuoden 2018 lopulla. Keittiö uudistettiin vuoden 2018 lopulla. Kylpyhuone on alkuperäinen kylpyhuone ja se on uusittu. The apartment had the most amazing view and loved hearing the waves of the ocean with the natural breeze. The location was perfect for walking to variety of restaurants, bars and shopping, different parts of the beach. The host was very attentive and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment and complex was very dated as far as appearance compared to others around the area. The pool was nice.

This private beach front condominium was more than I expected. The ocean views from the 21st floor was absolutely breathtaking. Hearing the waves crashing all night long was better than my white noise machine! Nima, our host was quick and efficiently and stayed in contact with us to make sure our trip was perfect. The detailed information she provided was precise and easy to follow. The private parking space was a huge plus since we had a rental car. What a great experience cannot wait to go back! Thank you

Host Nima is extremely responsive and seems truly intent of providing the absolute best experience. The location is supreme if you are wanting to be right in San Juan and close to everything. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and sights. The building is older, but generally well-maintained and seems secure. Parking spot in gated basement garage was a plus.The unit itself is well-described and accurate. With patio doors left open (we never shut them), the sounds of ocean waves crashing are unbelievably loud and soothing. We didn't need our sound machine that we usually bring for sleeping! And always a breeze blowing thru the unit, especially if you use only the louvered and lockable front storm door. Views from balcony are magnificent. Kitchen is small but functional, and we were able to prepare a few simple meals in it. As stated, bathroom has not been renovated and shows age, is small but functional. There are almost no flat surfaces in bathroom. There are some wall hooks, so if you have a hanging makeup kit that's helpful. There is a key for front door entrance, and a key for beach access gate. We recommended to host that they provide 2 keys for each. That way, if two people aren't doing the same thing at same time, they each have key. Many times one of us would be first to go down to beach, so they took the beach gate key. If other later came down, we had to communicate so they could come over to beach gate and unlock it. Same front door lock key. GREAT PLACE!

Building is having a massive exterior remodel, so the construction was loud in the common areas (pool). The onsite staff is unfriendly and borderline rude. The condo has no comfortable sitting furniture and the power goes out often (6 hours during our visit). The ceiling is filthy and we found a bandaid and some bandage material stuck to the blanket. The owner is very responsive but be aware of the above especially the issues with power. The neighborhood is fun and there are lots of great restaurants nearby. The view is heaven.

Horrible, I don’t know how people rate this a 10, the place was by far the worst place I’ve stayed in. Door lock was so rusty I could barely get the door to open with out breaking the key. There’s stains everywhere even on the beach towels. There was a dirty pan in the cabinet. The condiments the coffee looked like they hadn’t been used in years. There was a black long hair in the shower wall that did not belong to me or my wife who’s a blonde. There was more but I’ll leave it at that. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was half the price. The whole place/ammeneties are run down and no taken care of.

Interior is as described, not a luxury new condo but exactly what I was looking for. The view is absolutely stunning, right on the water where you can watch the surfers and waves. Ocean breeze and sound of crashing waves were wonderful, and the easy access to both the pool and beach right off the building and nearby restaurants in walking distance was 10/10. If location and ocean views is your goal, this is the place to go!

The property was in a fantastic location with an incredible view of the ocean. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was spectacular, and the spot couldn’t have been more ideal — within easy walking distance of great restaurants and lively nightlife. The only suggestion I’d offer is to replace the iron, as it didn’t heat properly and appeared to be damaged. Other than that, everything else about the stay was wonderful.

This place is great! Walking distance to the marina and check in area to booked excursions to Culebra and the other Islands or PR. Amazing view!!!!!!!!! Easy to get in and out with the chip on the keys. Restaurants nearby. Must visit!!

Perfect Location

This condominium was in a great location. Beach and pool access. Elevators are super quick, low wait time. The condo was clean and had everything you need. Being able to sleep with the ocean sound and the ocean breeze was so awesome. No bugs on 21st floor and what a view from up there. Nima the host is truly committed to making sure your stay is exceptional. He answered every time I called and was so helpful. It was above and beyond. Had an incredible time with everything so close by. A restaurant called -Donde Olga- was just 11 mins by car and it had the freshest seafood. The staff in the condominium were super friendly and accommodating. This is my new go to when I'm on the island. Thank you so much Nima.

Our host was lovely. We arrived the night the power came back on and I was concerned about drinking water. He sent his staff out to stock us water. By the time we got to PR the lights were back on! At no fault of the host, they were doing work on the grounds around the pool area and outside cosmetic work on the actual building from the fall storms. Overall it was a wonderful stay, 24 hour security and some restaurants within walking distance. The property is close to the end on condado Beach so it was more subdue than the resort/boutique hotels. Perfect for two people and the bed was comfy. We really enjoyed our time here and the weather was PERFECT! April17-23 2025

I thought if your renting a place out that you should have nice looking appliances for people to use, stove had grease all over it, and also the oven toaster had I’m not sure all over it, these appliances should be inviting to use, not questionable…so we didn’t use anything not even the coffee maker, center blind was not usable after we pulled it down the first time, someone rigged it up but we were not told about it..bed was comfortable and the view was great…

Great location

Overall the property met our needs. The room was clean on the surface but don’t look in the corners.The kitchen utensils could be better, but it’s fine if you don’t plan on doing any cooking. The outside of the property (especially the back of the property) did not match the photos. Pool was satisfactory:

Not what I expected

The property is old. And the pictures online don’t show all the lil things that make u think, what did we get ourself into. The location of room on the ocean is what made it worth staying and not go look for another hotel. If you can look past the paint on windows/broken tiles/patches in ceiling and walls. If is ok. Would I stay again. Probably NOT!!. But iam also a GC and this was horrible to see the building this way.
