SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 12 Guests Comfortably)

The villa features four spacious and thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each with cozy beds and pull-out options to accommodate families and groups with ease.

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed + 1 Pull-Out Bed – Perfect for couples or small families.
Bedroom 2 (Master Suite): 1 Queen Bed + 1 Pull-Out Bed – Spacious, elegant, and ideal for restful nights.
Bedroom 3: 1 Bunk Bed + 1 Pull-Out Bed – A fun and comfortable setup, great for kids or friends.
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed + 1 Pull-Out Bed – Cozy, versatile, and inviting.

Each room is designed with your comfort in mind, featuring soft linens, fresh towels, and modern touches to make you feel right at home.

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire villa and its exclusive amenities, including:
Private swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing under the sun or stars.

The villa is located within a secure, gated enclave with 24/7 community security, ensuring your safety and peace of mind throughout your stay.

UltraMarine Restaurant, serving delicious Asian dishes and burgers (open Thursday–Sunday).
Parks Pool & Jacuzzi, including a kiddie pool are for FREE


Guest Registration & Rental Agreement (Action Required)
To ensure a smooth entry into the Seafront Community, we kindly ask for the following within 48 hours of your booking confirmation:

Contact Details: Please provide the primary booker’s email address (for the Rental Agreement) and a direct contact number for easy communication.

Security Requirements: A full guest list and vehicle details (make, model, and plate number) are required for submission to the Village Admin and Security Office.

Rental Agreement: This must be signed and submitted prior to your arrival. Please note that guests cannot check in until this step is completed.

Parking Rules
Villa Parking: One (1) vehicle is permitted to park inside the villa.

Strict Policy: No street parking is allowed within the community at any time.

Additional Vehicles: Any extra vehicles must be parked in the designated Clubhouse parking area.

Washer & Dryer Access
Laundry facilities are available for a fee. For your convenience, access and operation will be assisted by our resident stewardess.

Pick-up/Drop-off Service
Vehicle: Toyota Grandia (Capacity: 12 passengers, no baggage).

Deadline: Requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

Note: Service is subject to confirmation and availability; fees depend on the number of guests.

Check-in/Check-out Policy
Early check-in or late check-out options are available for a corresponding fee (half or full-day rate), depending on timing and our current booking schedule.
