Verde's most gorgeous beach. The building gate is less than 20 steps from the BEST urban beach in the world as voted by USA Today! Partial side view of the beach from the window. 5 minute walk to the main strip of Isla Verde where you will find great restaurants, bars, night life, casinos, and shopping. Five minute drive from the airport and 15 minutes from the cruise ports and Old San Juan.

very close to beach. beach chairs and towels were provided, which was nice. host provided checkin details an hour after checkin time. mirror behind bed was not cleaned well, but the rest of the room was very clean. Shower head barely worked. the room had a coffee pot and coffee, but no filters. Half a roll of toilet paper was provided for a 3-night stay. If you're on foot, you cant exit the property without a key. You can hear the airport but you get used to it.

The only nice thing about this apartment was the location to everything. Otherwise this studio was not up to par with cleaning, it was loud in the hallways it was a very old building, completely oudated and stunk terribly. The elevator in the building is dangerous and we didnt feel comfortable using it. So had to haul luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. The bathroom has venting area with a shade over it above the toilet, so you can hear everybody out in the hallways perfectly no privacy. I contacted the owner a few hours after we had been back to our room from sightseeing to let them know how loud it was how bad the smells of marijuana and urine were and how dirty the refrigerator and Floors were in the room. The communication was good at first but then when she told me they would give me a half of a refund back she stopped communicating with me completely. My husband and I ended up leaving at 6:00 a.m. after a cockroach ran across my foot in the apartment. Would not recommend!

Ashley was a great host. The condo was small but very nice. Laundry on property and two beach chairs and a small cooler in the room. 2 min walk to the beach, 6 min drive to the airport. Plenty of food very close, from dive bar to 5 star. Will stay again.

Overall the room was clean, but personally we found the bed and pillows uncomfortable. The air conditioner worked well, but it was really loud and cycled on and off which woke us up while we were sleeping and the TV had to be turned up when it went on. The building it was located in was also older. We did appreciate that gated parking was provided and that It was near the beach. The owner was also great at communicating with us. But we thought the price was a little high for the place.

Apartment was clean and location was perfect. The outside of the building looks sketchy but it is sage. My only complaint was the lack of timeliness when communicating. We were told to message when getting off our cruise to see if apartment was ready but did not receive a response until over an hour later when we needed to know if we needed to head that way or not. The responseivness was not the greatest.communicating. We

Very cute and newly renovated studio literally 20 steps from the beach. Has a partial view of the water. Easy to access and a great responsive host. Only thing i would say negative is the bed is very hard and could use one more blanket..other than that its great!

So close to Isla Verde beach! Absolutely perfect. Took a little long getting check in information (codes, instructions, etc) but it didn’t disturb our stay. Easy self check in and out

Excellent, love how close it is to the beach I mean literally just steps away. Close to restaurants, bars, pharmacy etc. the studio is super cute perfect for solo or a couple, communication is excellent! Will definitely be staying here again in the future. Highly recommend!
