GARDEN HILLS TROPICAL VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL

The house is located 10-15 minutes away from the Condado or Isla Verde beach. The International Airport is also only 15 minutes away.
Close to supermarkets and shopping malls, some of the best restaurants in Puerto Rico are in Guaynabo. Try WILO (the best Puerto Rican Chef) authentic PR food. Botles Restaurant with the best deals on wines and big portions to share. You are only 15 minutes from the beach and away from the tourist crowds. We are very close to a shopping center where you can walk and find everything you may need, especially your morning Starbucks as well as a park where you can play tennis, basketball, beach tennis, or just have a walk on the track. The house is open and large, has AC, and a wonderful pool for the whole family to enjoy and build unforgettable memories.

Be aware that even though we have solar panels, anything can happen, and the power can go out at any time; that is something out of our control, and therefore, we are not responsible for it.

Although we are pet-friendly, we are not able to host cats

We were a family of 6. The house is amazing. Clean, very spacious. Bedrooms comfortable. Very good beds and mattress. You get a great sleep. House very clean. Air conditioning worked great. Pool and sun area great. The host súper. Available through message in VEBO and answered any concern or question immediately. All my family was very happy with the stay and very complementary of the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and were surprised that the property was even better than the pictures. The property was large, we hosted a private yoga class in the backyard with plenty of room to spare, and enjoyed many hours by the pool. There were 5 regular beds, 1 double sofa bed in a detached laundry/workout room, and 2 air mattress. When garden maintenance showed up during our stay, Maria was quick to respond and resolve the issue. The kitchen is large, and the open concept was great for hanging out, and there was a grocery store and takeout right across the street. Ubers were easy to call at all hours of the day, and the location was perfect for getting to the airport and OSJ. We hope to come back again soon!! One note to the host-the address does show up on Uber despite the instructions.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The pool was a huge plus and perfect for starting off the day or unwinding after a day of exploring. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything seamless. The location was also ideal—close to Old San Juan and convenient to everything we wanted to see. We’d definitely stay here again and can't wait to come back!

Location was excellent if you want to be near the San Patricio area. Spacious size and layout of the home was perfect for 4 couples. Kitchen and living areas were very large. The reasons why I didn't rate them a 5 are: 1) multiple live & dead roaches in two of the bedrooms, which seemed to have been recently fumigated but with no follow-up cleaning before our arrival; 2) one of the bedrooms had a strong, bad odor we couldn't get rid of, despite multiple applications of air freshener; and 3) no hot water for showers. If attention is given to these matters, the property would rate a 5.

The host present. The amenities were in good condition.The floors, shelves were dusty and were cleaned by us before using. Master bedroom bathroom shower drain backed up after one use and had to be abandoned due to waste sanitary water and smell. We had roaches in one of the rooms (more than 8) during our stay and bad smell.We reported this to Maria who offered someone to clean but failed to make arrangements with us and didn’t schedule the visit. She seemed to be very defensive with my wife and friend who called.The thing is that you had my phone number but I didn’t get a call from the administrator. Most of us are leaving with sore throat because of mold in the air systems. I am sorry to report our experience and inconvenience. Please do better for others.

Beautiful property

We loved the location - close to almost everything around San Juan. Communicating with the owner was easy and she was helpful, prompt and polite with her responses. We did have some issues with the electricity and water but she took care of them quickly.

Beautiful place

I was in Puerto Rico with family to take my moms ashes back to her hometown. The original place I had booked had a busted pipe so we had to move. The owner was prompt to respond, had unit cleaned, and we were able to access it sooner than expected. The house is in a great neighborhood not far from the beach or shopping. This place is great, the beds are all comfortable, The patio is a nice size has a ping pong table and there's a grill to BBQ on. The kitchen is a tad bit small but does not lack anything. For entertainment there's a closet full of board games. There's a book with information about the house as well as neighboring details. I stopped at a walmart to pick up some groceries, and essentials only to find there was even shampoo provided. The owner was great and a trip that started bad ended up being great. Our stay here was awesome and i would definitely stay again.

Great Stay Overall

The house was beautiful, the neighborhood was great. Family and I had a great stay, only issue we had was ants seemed to be everywhere, even after cleaning multiple times. But other than the ants, we all enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
