For the adventurous, you can even walk along the beautiful waterfront all the way to the historic Old San Juan district; it is a scenic coastal walk of about 2.5 miles (roughly 45 minutes), though we recommend going early in the morning to beat the Caribbean sun.

Uber & Rideshare: Uber is highly saturated throughout the Condado and San Juan areas, making it the easiest, most reliable, and most popular way for visitors to get around. Rides are generally very affordable, with quick trips into Old San Juan typically costing between $10 and $25 depending on the time of day. It is a fast, stress-free option for heading out to dinner or experiencing the city`s nightlife.

Taxis from the Airport: Taxis are readily available in the area, particularly around the nearby major resort hotels. If you are arriving from SJU airport (which is only a few miles away), taxis offer a convenient government-regulated flat rate of approximately $24 to the Condado area. 1) Sleeping Arrangements & Capacity: Please note our specific sleeping setup before booking. The apartment officially sleeps 4 guests on proper beds (one King bed and one Queen bed). We allow a maximum capacity of 5 guests, with the strict understanding that the 5th person will be sleeping on the living room sofa. Please be aware that this is a standard, comfortable living room sofa and NOT a pull-out sofa bed.

2) Neighborhood Safety: Location safety is a top priority. Condado is widely recognized as one of the safest, most upscale, and pedestrian-friendly districts in San Juan. Combined with the building`s 24/7 security, you can feel completely at ease walking to nearby coffee shops, boutiques, and the beach at any hour.

3) Building Etiquette: As this is a residential high-rise community, we kindly ask that all guests respect the neighbors, avoid exceptionally loud noises, and adhere to standard nighttime quiet hours.

4) Full-Building Power Generator: While Puerto Rico occasionally experiences island-wide power grid fluctuations, our building is equipped with a heavy-duty backup generator. If the city power ever goes out, the generator automatically kicks in!

5) Backup Water Cistern: To guarantee maximum comfort and complete peace of mind, the building also features a massive reserve water tank. In the rare event of a municipal water service interruption, you will still have uninterrupted access to running water!
