Just steps away from the beach, this beautiful and cozy beachfront apartment is the perfect place to have a great vacation time. Strategically located near the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort and Golf Club, El Yunque Rainforest and just 30 minutes away from San Juan. This gated complex include tennis and basketball court, playground, and a shared pool. For your convenience there are beach chairs, bodyboards, and a gas grill for your enjoyment.

Nice apartment for family with 4 adults

Pictures and description of renovated apartment match reality. Very responsive apartment manager with very short response times and comprehensive information. Quiet beach, however, no cleaning care. Pool with 3-4 feet depth only. Storage space in bedrooms occupied with beach chairs, blankets etc. Noisy aircons in bedrooms. Recommended to other families / parties of 4.

PR Oasis Escape

Wonderful first visit to PR and it sure wont be our last!! Josselyn was an incredible host, extremely responsive and helpful. The condo was as described and in great condition. The complex was not very busy which made getting seats by the pool and space on the beach super easy and hassle free. Overall great stay and can't wait to come back and explore the beautiful island!

Great location!

This was a very clean and pretty condo. It was on the third floor so we got a lot of exercise walking up and down the stairs (which wasn't a bad thing). We had fun boogy boarding on the ocean waves with the provided boogy boards. It was a short drive to the rain forest and a little longer drive to Old San Juan. The only downside was a large group of people arrived on our second day. They congregated around the pool right outside our condo and were pretty loud.

Gorgeous property

We WILL be staying here again. It was so clean, comfortable and just amazing all around. Cooler, boogie boards for the kiddos, beach games, beach chairs. The owner spared no expense making this place awesome! Stay here, you won't be dissapointed!

Amazing place

Josselyn is the best, most available host! The place was exceptional. Very quiet when we were there. Well stocked for families, lots of equipment for the beach, pool, Bball half court, tennis. Wish there was a screen door to balcony (mosquitoes) and as usual there was old pealing Teflon (FYI owners; old Teflon is cancer causing) Very small complaints; this place is great. 🙂

While our visit was unfortunately cut short, we absolutely loved this spot! The apartment was clean and well-appointed- perfect for our family! The owner was amazingly communicative and helpful (thank you!)- we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This property was perfect for our two weeks in PR. It is located in a quiet complex with a beautiful pool area and great beach access. Short drive to major highway and easy access to El Yunque and other attractions. We definitely would stay here again!

Great location and clean property

Perfect for our family trip! Just steps away from a wonderful, private beach with waves appropriate for kids. The property and condo are very well maintained. The host is very responsive and helpful! And the unit is well stocked with everything you could need. It even had a grill on the balcony which we did not end up using. The location is perfect, just minutes away from the rainforest and easy access to highways that take you to activities like kayaking and surfing. This is a quiet location, so not appropriate for people who are looking to host loud parties. But for anyone looking for a clean and conveniently located place this is it!

Excellent stay!

This property is ideally located for trips to the rain forest, zip lines, the ferry to go on snorkeling trip to Culbera. It was clean and well taken care of. It was steps from the beach. The kids played in the waves. We walked to resort for drinks and apps! We played sand volleyball. The kids loved the pool. It was so quiet. The owner was a dream to help us schedule, find restaurants. Definitely want to have a car to get around. Thanks for making a dream vacation!!

Great place for families

Josselyn, our hostess, communicated promptly and offered all kinds of ideas of things to do for all age groups. The place has everything a family could need while on vacation, including balls, lawn chairs, towels. The pool was perfect and they also have small children’s pool. You can walk out to the beach as it is right outside the complex gate and it’s great for morning walks. The beach is not crowded at all and the ocean is enjoyable. Luquillo beach is the next beach over and the water is amazing and calm. Great for kids. My family and I had a fantastic time here and we would stay here again.
