We provide body soap, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. If you need food, water, or any additional items, there is a 24/7 supermarket within walking distance.

The location is central — close to restaurants, bars and nightlife, shops, and just a short walk to the beach. Upon arrival, we provide a list of recommendations to help you enjoy the best of Puerto Rico and nearby areas like Condado, Santurce, Old San Juan, and more.

Studio Location and Access:
The studio is located in the backyard of another Airbnb property. When you arrive, enter through the small gate on the right labeled 54-B. You’ll find a lockbox on this gate — we will provide the code one day before your stay. Inside the lockbox, you will find the keys: one for the gate, and two additional keys for the Airbnb door. After passing through the gate, walk down the long hallway and you’ll reach the studio. Please note that the patio is a shared common area with the front rental unit.

The property is equipped with a water cistern to ensure you have water throughout your stay. Thank you for considering us — we’re always available to make your stay perfect. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Minimum Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years old to book this property.

VISITORS: Visitors are only allowed for short periods and are NOT permitted to stay overnight. If one of your visitors needs to stay the night, please add them to your reservation, as long as it does not exceed the maximum allowed number of guests and/or vehicles.

Booking Policy: Reservations made by individuals who are not staying at the property are not allowed. The person who makes the reservation must be present at all times during the stay.

Guest Count & Fees: Our pricing is based on the number of guests to account for extra expenses and the necessary materials (such as towels). If you do not reserve for the correct number of guests, any additional guests will not receive these materials, and your reservation may be canceled at any time without refund.

No Smoking: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking inside the property will result in a $250 fine.

Utility Interruptions: Puerto Rico’s infrastructure may experience occasional power, water, or internet outages. Due to this, electricity, water, and internet may be interrupted during your stay. No refunds will be issued for interruptions caused by the municipality, government agencies, or natural disasters.

Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Arrivals or departures outside the established times may incur an extra charge ranging from a basic fee to the equivalent of a full night’s rate.

Zero Tolerance Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal drugs on the property.
