This unique place has its own modern, minimalist, and chic style. Our gold-toned decor gives the space an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere; it’s spacious and conveniently located. Close to everything, yet surrounded by the lush greenery of our beautiful garden. Within walking distance, you’ll find the beach, a pharmacy, a supermarket, restaurants, the T-Mobile District, a convention center, meeting spaces, a rooftop terrace, and more. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, and a living room. It sleeps up to 6 people.

The space
Miramar is a high-end, very safe neighborhood with fun and entertainment options that are incredibly appealing to tourists. Our location is more convenient than staying in Old San Juan (10-minute drive), as there are more nightlife options nearby, such as “Santurce es Ley” on Calle Cerra (Art District and Hangout Area — (6-minute walk), restaurants, rooftop restaurants, cafes, liquor stores, pharmacies, movie theaters, banks, and easy access to a safe beach for swimming just a 10-minute walk away, among other attractions reachable by car, such as the T-Mobile District (7-minute walk), Condado (6-minute drive), La Placita—one of the best multi-cultural hangout spots (6-minute drive—best days: Friday and Saturday)—and other nearby tourist attractions such as Miramar MADMI — Museum of Art and Design (4-minute walk), MAC—Museum of Contemporary Art (5-minute drive), or MAPR—Puerto Rico Museum of Art (5-minute drive).
