This was my worst stay experience of my life! The room was not ready when they messaged us it was. So we dropped bags and left. Upon return and inspection the unit looked nothing like what was portrayed online. The room was dirty, in disrepair; doorknob hanging off the bathroom door, loose partially falling off electrical outlet, hair and other debris on the beds, stains and white mystery crust on the couch I could keep going and have the pictures to prove it! The staff were no help and were stalling a solution and it was getting late and we could not risk waiting and not finding a safe clean place to stay with our child we were traveling with. This really ruined our last night of vacation as we spent the late afternoon into evening dealing with the do nothing unprofessional staff who made things about them getting offended about our reaction to them renting out a room that was not fit to stay in unless you are a squatter crack head! They are scammers that like to play with people’s time and money on their vacation! They will not refund my money after Inpaid $160 and had to pay an additional $240 for a last minute place to stay. We will see how Expedia handles this since they allow this sub par place to list on their platform putting people hard earned vacation at risk of inconvenience and ruin!

This place was interesting to say the least. While I had no problems checking in every time I went to the lobby they were frustrated people who had absolutely no way to get in their room and I had to share the number that I had three times to help them get checked in. I was basically the front desk for them that day. The Wi-Fi barely worked in my room. I could barely load a music video and the AC was unable to get changed to anything lower. Besides that the room and beds were fine and the bathroom is nice. The Jacuzzi was small and a bit dirty but it’s still worked and that was a nice plus. I’ll probably go somewhere else next time.

I paid $225 per night for six nights to not have my bed and towels changed at all. Other guests or people outside fighting and yelling most of the nights. No air conditioning, just waking up in a sweat. Water not hot in the shower. Constant water running from the roof outside my door, and animals waking me up every morning at 4:00am. Aura House, Isa Verde, Puerto Rico is the worst place to stay.

Not worth the price at all. Very poor condition of the space. I called to change the bathroom shampoo bottles they came and again same issue. Lots of rooms don’t even have the window on the room. There is no one to guard the building. Guests were fighting overnight and drunk people would come in during the night which would make it impossible to sleep during the night. Really a NEVER AGAIN type of choice again.

Great location. Tucked away in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac, this boutique hotel is ideal for a beachcomber who loves "la playa." But there were lots of renovations going on and the rooftop jacuzzis were out of commission -- bummer! Still, staff was responsive and helpful.

I would most definitely stay again due to the fact the location is great and the room was clean ….. My problems was the gap under the door allowed the GEICO’s to come in the room the bath towels where very hard like sand paper the noise that the staff makes in the morning will wake you up I had to get out the shower with not much running water to tell the housekeeper I don’t need service before she walks in the room the door would not lock on it’s on the first day it’s hard to get in contact with someone from the property they should add a chair in the room so you won’t have to sit on the bed they require you not to touch the a/c unit so it was so cold in the room other than that it’s a great location and very convenient

The place is a dump. It's smelled like a wet towel There was a stain on the floor when you first walk into the building. There's green rug outside, and it smells like cat. Urine. There was fleas in the room. I cannot stay there. I had to immediately leave and go to a different hotel. This place was horrible. I won't even let my dog stay the night over there. The door was sketchy. You can see the light from outside from the door there was a piece of hair in this sink. There was nothing good to say about this place. I would never stay there or recommend anybody to stay there. That place should be shut down for the way it looks and smells. There is a light in the hallway for the room.It's hanging there with no light bulb hardware, just showing very dark at night.On a very quiet street.But looks sketchy.The address was wrong on the confirmation.For the booking and it was hard to find.Not having the correct number, I would tell everyone not to stay here.I couldn't even stay the night.It was so bad with the smell.I was there, not even ten minutes and had to leave

Location is amazing! There were two of us and the beds were big enough. The problem is they took up the whole space! You can’t even open the bathroom door to get into the bathroom without it hitting the bed. The shower never got hot. I don’t even think it ever got warm! It definitely didn’t get warm lol. MY FRIEND GOT LOCKED in the BATHROOM!!!! so she got locked in the bathroom, the water was cold, and there was no space! Other than that, the location is perfect

This place has a lot of questionable reviews but I really have no complaints. The room was nice, very clean and no issues there. Kind of small but it’s a budget room. The facility is nice and was calm through my stay. Housekeeping showed up in the mornings and you can request if they come or not through text. I asked for new towels and they were delivered immediately without issue. Power was on, water was hot, I really have zero complaints. I recommend this place if you’re looking to spend a little less and have somewhere to sleep. It’s a little far from the bars and restaurants I’d say a 15 minute walk. There is a beach right in front of the building that’s very nice. No breakfast but they make coffee and put out fruit and snacks. I don’t think the bad reviews are warranted here, really great stay.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The location is nice and walking distance to so many shops and restaurants, not to mention Isla Verde beach. Also right off the interstate. Very convenient. I had absolutely no issues finding the apartments and parking was never an issue as mentioned in some of the reviews. Entering the apartments was also very easy. I just followed the instructions I received the day I arrived. The room was clean, obviously it’s not your Marriott or Hilton or whatever, but the bed was very cozy and had Netflix available. I enjoyed my stay very much. Will most def recommend and return. Thank you, Aura House. Blessings all the way from Nebraska, USA.

The bed was completely broken in the main bedroom, so much so that it wasn’t sleepable (the whole center was resting on the ground, where the frame was obviously broken beneath, with the head and feet elevated on the frame). There was also only 1 available functional outlet (the wifi one also worked, but we didn’t want to unplug that), and the lighting was incredibly dim. It was clean and close to the airport, so it worked well for convenience, but as far as what we got for the cost, we were disappointed. We specifically picked it because we needed the 3 beds for our family and my husband and I ended up needing to share beds with our children. When I reported the issue, they just said they’d let the property manager know the bed was broken.

A/C not working in the bedroom. I called, no response. no water for 2 consecutive days. They never put us in the aura property, they put us in the property in front of aura house.

This hotel is self check in. If you are staying in the apartments, remember that you are in a separate building and you don't have access to the coffee or the rooftop lounge that is in Aura House. No biggie because my family didnt come to spend time in our room. The hotel is within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and nightlife. There is a really cool skate park up the road with a beautiful seaside view. If you are lucky enough to stay in Apartment B, you will be serenaded to sleep by the sweetest little Coqui. If you try to copy his whistle, he will just get louder and chirp faster lol. Be mindful that PR is in a water crisis. You very well may come back to your room and find NO running water. There is a supermarket right down the road. Just go and get yourself a few gallons until the next water delivery. If you come here with an entitled attitude, you will be disappointed. But if you come to Puerto Rico with an open mind and respect for the locals, you will feel right at home. I can't wait to come back! Wepa!
