”Honestly I had a good time here. No complaints. The staff was lovely. So kind and sweet and helpful. Also very attentive. They were fast and efficient. The place was clean and smelled very nice. The area was spacious. The AC was great, it got cold super fast. I loved it. The location is in the heart of everything yet secluded and I liked that. The water outside is warm so you can get in even if it’s a bit nippy. My 9 year old also loved his stay. ”

”No elevator. Stairs right from pavement to the 4th floor. Rooms nicely done. No coffee machine in room. Great aircon. Nice bed. Nice bathroom. Large room. ”

”Bed Bugs!! Worst hotel in the planet. Carpets are stained. Walls are thin, location is terrible. Rooms are beyond small and outdated but no matter what, the worse is I came back home eaten by bed bugs had to throw my clothes away ”

”The hotel itself is located along a busy stretch of expressway a couple miles from SJU airport. It’s about a 10 minute walk to a gorgeous beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The pedestrian overpass has about 25 steps on each side.. not for someone with mobility issues. The elevator was not working. Parking is very limited. Check in was fast and efficient with pleasant and friendly staff. Room was comfortable though kinda small. Nice bed and large walk in shower. Nice little pool with bar...

”Great, new hotel. Nicely done. The only surprise was that our room, which was really big and good as such, didn’t have a window! It was like an interior room in the middle of the hotel building and hence couldn’t have a window, but still it would have been good to see that info in the room description when booking the room. :-) In addition, we got a connected room - I usually write a special request ’no connecting room’ but this time I forgot it - and the doors between the rooms let sound...
