”Great historic charm in the heart of the old district. Walking distance from forts, shopping, and dining. Spacious apartment with loft. The only drawbacks we had were minor, a leak in an a/c unit and regulating the hot water supply . Fabulous overall and highly recommend..”

”The stay is in a great area. All spots in old san juan are walkable from this place. The water heater was not working when we checked in. The owner was responsive and got it fixed. The floor was peeling off. ”

”Overall it was a pretty good place, within walking distance of the event, restaurants and beaches. The place is clean and spacious. The only negative I have is there was no washer or dryer and the sink in the main hallway leaking. We had to put a bowl under to catch the water. Other than that, it was great.”

You can walk from the apartment to theold San Juan in 15-20min which we did at the end of the day when it was not so hot.”
