Lovely resort, wonderful amenities, great food. However, seemed to be very very understaffed. The wait times to get checked in, and later to the island were over an hour, which was disappointing as we were only there 2 days. Wonderful place for families, though!

Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan Hotel & Casino
We had a great experience. The hotel was clean and all the staff were great. We thoroughly enjoyed the happy hour and breakfast. Our only suggestion would be to keep the pool bar/restaurant open later. We would have loved to stayed out there for a pre-dinner snack. Overall, would stay again and recommend ...

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel
Room was clean, food was good throughout the resort. Our only complaint was the service. We sat at the Italian restaurant for over 2 hours one night waiting for our food and there was no apology. We sat at the restaurant by the pool one night for 15 minutes and no one came to help us.

Loved this resort!! The rooms are spacious, quiet and the grounds are stunning. A slice of paradise. The only small drawback is the distance from dining- and uber anywhere for a meal was $15-25 each way. The food there is OK, but we enjoy going off the resort to try new things. Bali Hotel Adults Only Isla Verde, a Trademark by Wyndham
Rooms were great, staff was great, it was a great atmosphere around the pool and bar area, close access to a lot of restaurants, the beach, and the Panaderia right down the street is amazing
