Lovely resort, wonderful amenities, great food. However, seemed to be very very understaffed. The wait times to get checked in, and later to the island were over an hour, which was disappointing as we were only there 2 days. Wonderful place for families, though!

We had a great experience. The hotel was clean and all the staff were great. We thoroughly enjoyed the happy hour and breakfast. Our only suggestion would be to keep the pool bar/restaurant open later. We would have loved to stayed out there for a pre-dinner snack. Overall, would stay again and recommend ...

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel
The lobby bar was incredible. They had 2 pools that were very nice with pool attendants that didn't require charges. Beach and chairs were great. Dining was superior. Onsite shopping was fabulous. Free shows each night. Casino vibe was great.
