Welcome to Tscharfhof in South Tyrol!



Our farm is located at 1,400 meters above sea level, below the Jaufen Pass in the Passeier Valley. In our modern and comfortably furnished holiday apartment for up to four guests, you’ll find a home where you can relax in both summer and winter. With only one apartment, you enjoy the comfort of being the sole guests—immerse yourselves in the mountain world of Passeier without tourist crowds. In summer, you can go hiking and enjoy a variety of cultural and sports activities. In winter, there’s skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, and much more. The Ratschings ski area is just a 10-minute drive away. The Jaufen Pass is regularly cleared of snow and easily accessible even in winter.



The apartment, about 65 sqm, has two separate bedrooms with double beds, a spacious kitchen and living area with a sofa bed, and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. The kitchen is equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a large shower, bathtub, and washing machine. The generous terrace with seating and loungers offers peace, relaxation, and a breathtaking panorama.
