”A nice location by the beach. The rooms are behind a restaurant, keeping it quieter. The accommodations are older with rooms that show some wear, but that’s a minor cosmetic concern. it’s a fine place to stay!”

”Henry was a terrific host. He gave us lots of advice on restaurants and attractions nearby and he responded quickly to any questions we had. The house was nicely situated on the ocean - we sat under the veranda watching the waves roll in, the lightning strike and the ships go by. There was everything we needed in the house. It was a bit out of the way - quite far from Monteverde for example. We rented a car and would have been lost without it.We missed the sunsets because of the weather so...

”This is an outstanding property, I'm glad to say it exceeded my expectations. Paquera CR isn't the tourist mecca, IE an all inclusive. If you want to enjoy CR with a local feel and experience this is a place for you. The owners were responsive to questions and w/recommendations sheet to go. We loved CURU and the wildlife refuge, great hiking trails, great beach..”
