”First I booked a non-smoking room, and when I arrived I was told there were none available. When I complained they were able to find me a room, that was on the far end of the property. After walking to get to the distant room, the key didn’t work, back to the desk only to get “oh I thought they had fixed that”!
Then they found me another room equally distant from the lobby and the door key worked this time.
No TV channels, the clips on the hangers were broken and when I tried to hang up a pair...
