"Excellent hotel with excellent service. Hot springs area was amazing and much bigger than expected. We visited here in low season (May) and there were zero crowds in the hotel nor hot springs. If you go to this hotel, make sure you enjoy the hot springs at night time as well."

"Everything about the property was amazing. The cabin was immaculate, and had a fully stocked kitchen. The deck was perfect to sit and watch wildlife. It is walkable to a few restaurants and a grocery store. And it is only a 10 minute drive to the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve."
