It features a living room with a single sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, one windowed bathroom with a shower box, and one bedroom with a double and a single bed. The flat includes a washing machine, a microwave, Sat-TV, and A/C. One parking space covered by an anti-hail sheet is included.
