Charming villa for up to 8 guests, spread over 3 floors. The basement has a garage, a bathroom with a shower, and a storage room. The mezzanine floor features a kitchen-dining area, small terrace, living room with 2 single sofa beds, and a porch with a fireplace leading to the garden. On the 1st floor, there’s a bedroom with 3 single beds, a room with a bunk bed and a single bed, a bathroom with bath and shower, and 2 covered terraces. The villa also offers a washing machine, heating, air conditioning, and access to the shared outdoor pool with a solarium.

One small pet is allowed: 50 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.

The property is located in a quiet residential area, about 1,500 metres from the beach. Perfect for families with children or groups of friends. The residence offers a communal swimming pool with solarium, private garden, barbecue area and 1 parking space. The flat also has air conditioning/heating, laundry, satellite TV, microwave and safe. For all guests, there is also completely free transport from the village to the beach and free entry for two people to the thermal pools during the indicated periods. Free Wi-Fi is available in the pool area. The first supply of bed linen and towels are included free of charge. Small pets are allowed. The beach service is always included in the price of your stay.

Situated in Bibione, within 1.6 km of Bibione Beach and 2 km of Lido dei Pini Beach, the residence features accommodations with a private beach area and free Wifi as well as free private parking.
