Additionally, an elevator is available for guests to access the apartments.<br>The “Living” apartment was built in 2012 and accommodates up to 4 people. The apartment consists of one room with a double bed and a bunk bed (a safety net can be rented for the bunk bed). The well-equipped kitchenette is located in the living and sleeping area and includes dishes, silverware, pans, a microwave, an Italian mocha maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A private washing machine is also available. The bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. The covered balcony with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing, while the children can play by the pool. The residence has an elevator. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 4 hours.
