This magnificent apartment with a unique decoration and with a strategic location, is ideal for friends, families and business trips, as it has WiFi Fiber at 600mb and capacity for 4 people distributed in a bedroom with double bed, 32" TV and ceiling fan, and a spacious and bright living-dining room with kitchenette, Smart TV 55", air conditioning, double sofa bed and direct access to the large terrace overlooking the communal pool. In addition, for greater comfort, the complex in which it is located has an elevator.

The pool is open from 10:00 to 18:00 in winter and from 10:00 to 20:00 during the summer months.

The entry system to the accommodation is through an App that you will have to download on your Smartphone to have access to the gates of the complex and to the door of the house. All the necessary instructions will be sent once the reservation is completed.

A convenience store is located at the complex's reception desk and is open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
