Beautiful hotel in the rainforest! The grounds were immaculate and stunning, the rooms spacious and very clean. Hotel staff is wonderful, shout out to German at the pool bar! The food was excellent including the free breakfast buffet. Uber is super accessible and its a quick ride to downtown La ...

Excellent hotel with excellent service. Hot springs area was amazing and much bigger than expected. We visited here in low season (May) and there were zero crowds in the hotel nor hot springs. If you go to this hotel, make sure you enjoy the hot springs at night time as well.
