  • T����ynnä paikallista historiaa, tämä tila Toscana on loistava esimerkki valtataistelu pelattu eri ik����isiä täällä välillä Firenzen ja Pisan.
    Tämä kaunis vuokra koti oli aikoinaan yksi monista peräisin Buonaparte perheen San Minato vuodelta puolivälissä 1400. Nykypäivään omistaja on palauttanut Toscanan huvila, jossa 4 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta ja on sisustettu se klassiseen vielä mukava tyyli - sopii mainiosti ja nauttia yhtiön ystävien ja perheen.
    Se sijaitsee päälle kukkulalla upea maisema Toscanan ympäröivät metsä, oliivi-ja viinitarhoja.
    Etäisyydet:
    Se sijaitsee lähellä keskiaikaisen kaupungin San Miniato (8 km) ja 1 km päässä Corazzano kylästä, jossa on: baareja, ravintola, kauppoja, apteekki ja pankki.
    Villa on 50 km: n pä����ssä Pisan lentokentälle 50 Firenzest��� lentokentältä.
    Rautatieasema on San Miniato Basso (10 km) tai Empoli (20 km) päästä: Pisa, Firenze, Siena tai Livorno.
    Pysäköinti sisällä perusteita. Lähikaupunkeihin ovat Lucca (50 km), San Gimignano (30 km), Volterra (40 km). On myös useita toimia lähellä kuten tenniskenttiä San Miniato (9 km) golfkenttää Castelfalfi 19/27 reikää, (20 km), ja golfkentistä San Miniato 9 reikää (9 km)

    On 10mx5m syvyys 1. 5m auki 1 touko / 30 syyskuu, varustettu solariumit, sateenvarjot, huvimaja.
    Yksityinen aidattu puutarha noin 150 MQ edessä Villa ja MQ 20000 ympäri allas.

    Yksityinen huvila 230 neliömetriä
    Alakerta: sis��änkäynti, iso keittiö, täysin varustettu takalla, pesutupa (pesukone, silitysrauta, silityslauta), iso olohuone, jossa on freskot, iso ruokailutila, kahden hengen vuodesohva. 1 kylpyhuone suihkulla.
    Ensimmäinen kerros: 1 makuuhuone freskokatto parivuode, 2 makuuhuonetta (freskokatto) parivuode (muunnettavissa twin), 1 makuuhuone, jossa kaksi sänkyä. 2 kylpyhuonetta: toisessa on suihku ja toisessa kylpyamme.
    Ikkuna näytöt vain makuuhuoneissa.

We absolutely loved our time in Tuscany. The home, pool, and gardens were breathtaking. We received personal and courteous attention throughout our stay.

We stayed in fall for 10 days there as a group of 8 people. The house is located on a mountain and so it was a bit windy but still great to take a swim in the pool. upstairs where four bedrooms for 8 people and two bathrooms which was perfect for us, downstairs was another room for 2 people, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen an a dining room. In the kitchen where all utensils you need and towels where also there to use. The house is very nice decorated and so you feel very comfortable in it. Outside was a wonderful garden with a table underneath big trees. For visiting the pool you had to walk about 200 meters. The property of the house was pretty big and beautiful. Next to the Villa Buonaparte is another house which is getting renovated at the time, they started working from monday to friday at 8.00 in the morning which was for a few of our group a bit annoying. All in all we really recommend the house and would book it again. [Counter Comment from the owner]: Thank you for your positive feedback about your stay at Villa Buonaparte. About the presence of men at work in the neighboring house, it was an unforeseen circumstance, NOW CONCLUDED, due to an extraordinary event which required to perform the work at that time. We stayed in fall for 10 days there as a group of 8 people. I booked the villa as a special;l birthday present for my wife so she could enjoy a holiday and the company of our lovely family; 3 daughters, 2 granddaughters and 3 son-in-laws. The villa offered a great base to visit Florence and Pisa - we could also easily have visited Lucca and Siena but chose to enjoy the villa and its facilities. We did however visit and dine out in the beautiful town of San Miniato - a must see town offering interesting buildings and stunning views, oh and great Tuscan food (White Truffle). My wife remarked the photographs on-line did not do the villa justice and was mesmerized by the panoramic views from the villa and enthralled by the lower garden, swimming pool and Table tennis play area. The villa's Barbecue area is good fun and we utilized the facility twice enjoying the night air and playing various card games. I cannot thank the owner enough for the clean, beautiful villa which has an interesting history and lovely rooms and period furniture - the beds were extremely comfortable.
