Masseria Sierri is an estate surrounded by nature. A private driveway with trees and flowers, leads to the villa.

entry gate opens into the parking area, which leads to the several
areas of Masseria Sierri: the green garden with playground and benches,
the yard with ancient well, the suggestive stone arches and spacious porch with dining area and barbecue.
The masseria is divided into two units.
The first unit is on the ground floor, under majestic star-vaulted ceilings and it consists of a large living room with kitchenette, table and chairs, foosball, a characteristic room with fireplace and wood-burning oven. Moreover, on this floro, there are 1 master bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
On the upper floor, accessible from the outdoor stairs, there are the well-equipped modern kitchen, 2 triple bedrooms, living room with sofa and 1 bathroom.

The beaches of Torre Lapillo, known for their golden sand and crystal clear sea, are 20 kilometers away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
