”The room was clean along with the entire property. The airport shuttle ride was smooth. Just be patient because you will have to wait. This hotel is like older like decor so if you like them 5 star hotels you may not like this. Some portion of the hotel is outside which I thought was cool how the hotel was designed. Overall I loved the place and the staff is soo nice. Yes they speak Spanish but they also speak English. Room service was also awesome.”

”It was my first night after long flight, so I just needed some sleep. which was a bit complicated as the hotel located just under the path of departing planes, means: it was quite noisy from certain time in the morning. Service was very friendly, though. Good breakfast and parking behid the gate (important value in CR!!) ! nb: it is quite had to figure out how to enter the hotel. GPS gives right location, so you need to find the gate and push the bell, but it is a bit busy street to just stop...

”We liked the feeling of being tucked away in a beautiful tropical retreat in the city. The place was quiet and we slept great. We ate a delicious dinner at the restaurant. The stay was very convenient and the hostess was very helpful and communicative.”

”Small room but clean and had everything you need! This was our 5th and final Hotel of our stay in CR and the only hotel with conditioner and a bidet. Towels were the softest as well and the pillows were perfect. Staff was gracious and very helpful. Mini bar type fridge in lobby with gluten free and alcohol options. Being near the airport there was some noise but minimal and the pools little waterfall helped mitigate that. Overall, great place near the airport, and 5 minites from Jumbo car...

”Stayed here after arriving in the evening. Daniel did an excellent job of picking us up at the airport. Rooms were very clean, and although there's no AC, the fan was all we needed to be comfortable. Slept like a log, mattress is on the thin side but comfortable. Breakfast was great- good coffee, tea, rice and beans, eggs, chorizo, cereal, toast in a cool garden nook. If you need western luxury, stay at Hilton, but this was exactly what we wanted. ”
