”Fantastic host, staff and place. I had problems with vrbo app while booking but John Paul did an excellent job fixing ever for me. Beautiful place , views and location. Short walk down the beach to several good restaurants. We were there early in the week and the beach was almost deserted. I imagine it’s a lot busier on the weekends. Will definitely be back to visit again. ”

”This is the best hotel we have ever been to. It is designed, built, and operated by the owner JC Espinoza, an accomplished architect for his clients. The view is simply phenomenal overlooking volcano Masaya which had a minor eruption on Dec 22, 2024. The hotel also overlooks lake Masaya, an old volcano crater. "Very ordinary hotel under the name of Hilton. No any additional service like car rental, concierge as is mentioned in reservation pages. Very big minus because I did take this hotel for having those services too!! Shower don't pull, pool area is dirty. I did give t-shirts, socks etc to loundry and did tell many times, don't use dryer machine because they are merino woll. But they did, 5 Icebreaker t-shirt, 3 new is now one size smaller, 70 $ to 95 $ each! Staff need training, I did order same drink in bar and barmen ask me " at the same glass?". Only really positive is the receptionist young girls, which are very helpful, kind and smiley."
