”This hotel really needs renovation and better cleanliness for the price they charge. It’s hard to believe this is an InterContinental. The lobby furniture looks old, and if you look at the bar lamps, several light bulbs are burned out. I was also charged $32 for three bottles of water from the minibar. The location is good and the food is good as well, but overall the hotel is overpriced.”

Ravintolan ja aamiaisen taso myös erittäin hyvä. En yleensä koskaan anna sanallisia arvioita hotelleista, mutta tämä hotelli ja sen henkilökunta ansaitsivat sen. Tulisin ehdottomasti uudelleen.”

”It rains quite often, so there is always water in the waterfalls, which are quite magnificent. You can handfeed toucans and hummingbirds in the park. In the hotel room's balcony there is a hummingbird feeder so that you can watch them very close. The tour to volcano Poas was a disappointment. The staff advised us to reserve the tour on a previous day, when you have no idea about the weather in the mountain. We didn't see anything there.”

”We pay for all inclusive but that was not the case we have breakfast buffet and that’s it, the bar was not open and the pools need work but is a beautiful place if you like nature and hiking this is the place the access by car is really easy and is close to the town where you can find anything”
