”Breakfast was great , it is similar to A regular buffet you would pay $25 for. The free cocktails is a great idea.
However, the room is a bit dated , the bed springs squeak when I sat down, the carpet needs to match with the spirited atmosphere outside the room.

”The staff were great and we so enjoyed this fun unexpected find! Free parking was included and an amazing breakfast was unexpected! We enjoyed it in the library but the open courtyard was beautiful too. Perfect in warmer weather. The bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water. There are stairs only to the second floor so plan for that.”

”Do NOT stay here! It was not a clean place I felt dirty the whole time. The room smelled so gross and musty. One of the pillows had dirt on it. There were stains on the carpet as well. I didn’t have a private bathroom and had to share one and being a young single woman I was scared and the booking didn’t even specify I wouldn’t have my own bathroom. The service was so bad there was only like two people working there. Save your money and book somewhere else!!!”

”It’s a very friendly and accommodating place situated in a beautifully designed and maintained business area, with easy access to the Shoreline Park by San Pablo Bay, a gorgeous place.
Jackson, the property manager, was very helpful in securing for me a top floor suite when I told him I was very sensitive to noise even though availability seemed nonexistent.
Khusi was very welcoming and helpful in checking me in and helping me choose a room.
Robert in charge of maintenance was very helpful and...

”We had a great stay at this hotel in Novato. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Housekeeping came every other day, which worked perfectly for us and kept everything clean and tidy.
The free breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was always nearby to refill items and make sure guests had everything they needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful.
If we come back to Novato, we will definitely stay here...

”A little gem within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Mill Valley. We started the day with a full, fresh, and delicious included breakfast. Our room looked out on redwoods and was clean and comfortable. Amenities for the bath were plentiful and of good quality. There is a 24-hour front desk with friendly staff and free parking on the premises. We will definitely stay there again when in Mill Valley.”
